Legal Information
Transparency and trust are at the core of Groway Energy. Please read our policies regarding our renewable energy services.
1. Introduction
At Groway Energy, we are committed to providing solar, wind, and hybrid power systems while protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle the data collected during our "Site Assessment" and "Solar Planning" stages.
2. Information We Collect
To help you "Plan Your Solar Journey Smartly", we collect:
- Personal Information: Name, address, phone number, and email.
- Energy Data: Electricity bills, load requirements, and consumption patterns to design tailored plans.
- Site Details: Rooftop dimensions, shadow analysis images, and geolocation for installation feasibility.
3. Use of Information
Your data is used to:
- Design custom solar and energy backup solutions.
- Process government subsidies and net-metering applications.
- Schedule "Professional Maintenance" and monitoring services.
4. Data Sharing

1. Service Scope
Groway Energy provides renewable energy solutions including:
- Solar Solutions: For homes (Residential) and Industries (Large-scale).
- Energy Backup: Battery storage solutions for uninterrupted power.
- Maintenance: Cleaning, monitoring, and repair services.
2. Solar Performance & Estimates
While we strive to "Harness the limitless power of the sun", actual energy generation is subject to:
- Weather conditions (cloud cover, rain, fog).
- Cleanliness of panels (regular maintenance is required).
- Shadows from new structures or trees.
Note: Generation estimates provided in quotes are based on historical data and are not guaranteed.
3. Energy Backup & Storage
For clients opting for our "Store the Sun’s Power" solutions:
- Battery backup duration depends on the connected load and battery health.
- Batteries have a separate warranty period (usually 3-5 years) compared to solar panels (25 years), as per manufacturer terms.
4. Maintenance & Support
To "Keep Your Solar System at Its Best", Groway offers AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts). If you do not opt for an AMC, Groway is not responsible for generation loss due to dust accumulation or lack of servicing.
5. Payment & Subsidies
- Payments are milestone-based (Advance, Delivery, Installation).
- Government subsidies are subject to approval by the respective ministry. Groway facilitates the process but does not control the timeline of fund release.
6. Liability
Groway Energy is not liable for grid outages. For safety reasons, On-Grid inverters automatically shut down during power cuts unless a Hybrid/Battery backup system is installed.
